• COVID-19 Tests and Quarantine Costs: Any costs related to COVID-19 testing, quarantine, or medical expenses.
• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Charges for early check-in or late check-out at hotels.
• Overweight Luggage Fees: Additional charges for luggage that exceeds airline weight limits.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellation Between 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.
• No Show: No refund will be provided.
• Changes in Itinerary: Any changes made to the itinerary after booking may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
• Force Majeure: In case of cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, we will offer a rescheduling option or a refund based on our supplier policies.

Payment Policy:

• Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the departure date.
• Late Payments: If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
• Installment Plans: Flexible installment plans may be available upon request. Please contact our customer support team for more details.
• Confirmation: Once the full payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your package, including flight tickets, accommodation vouchers, and itinerary.

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
  • Any visa fees required for travel to Dubai are not included in the package and must be arranged separately.

• Health and Safety:

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety requirements for the destination, including vaccinations and COVID-19 tests.
  • Any costs related to COVID-19 testing, quarantine, or medical expenses are not included in the package.

• Travel Insurance:

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the package. Any upgrades or additional coverage beyond the standard travel insurance included are the responsibility of the traveler.

• Liability:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or acts of terrorism.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

• Accommodation and Services:

  • Accommodation is based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Single supplements may apply for solo travelers.
  • All services and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Conduct:

  • Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the local culture and customs.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of the traveler's participation in the tour, with no refund provided.

• Disputes:

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the country in which the booking is made.
